I recopied the files from the dev servers and it seems to work this time. Not sure what that was.

when trying to initialize the repository:
./bin/gsh ./bin/gsh -registry -reset -noprompt

I verified that the grouper.jar file is in the default location which seems to contain the class. Am I missing an environment variable?
