Michael,

What version are you using?
We are using Grouper v2.2.1 with the patch that corrects the issue below.  I 
can add permissions for administrators that are not members of a composite 
group to read the members of the group.

In the new grouper, I cannot add privs to a composite unless you are in the 
composite.  This seems to be a bummer to me.  I’d like to give someone the 
ability to view a composite group and one they are NOT a member of.  Is this 
at all possible in some future state?
