Yes, that is correct.  The thought is someone could add/remove members 
without seeing the whole list (maybe not a common use case)

i have a little question about privileges.

When i grant update privilege for a member,  automatically view, optin 
and optout privileges are set but not read privilege.
This is the correct behaviour ?
