Hello,

I am using Grouper version 2.1.5.

A routine loader job that had run many time successfully before caused
this error to be written to the log file:

2014-05-30 18:25:03,602: [DefaultQuartzScheduler_Worker-2] ERROR
JDBCExceptionReporter.logExceptions(234) - - ORA-00001: unique
constraint (GROUPER.STEM_NAME_IDX) violated

The loader job later ran without exception.

Any ideas on why this type of error would be thrown?

I can send the entry from the log file with the full stack trace if
that would be helpful.
