Thanks Chris, that is very helpful.

I just had one question. Penn has a "WebLogin Team"? We have one guy doing CAS (plus admining 300 Glassfish servers and helping Interns write an app to the Duo API) and one guy doing Shib plus managing our Radius servers and assorted LDAPs / wireless.

I want a login team, hehe.
