Has anyone here looked at Varonis and its data governance and privilege management tools? Some of their toolkit appears to overlap part of grouper's feature set, while other parts of both tools seem quite different. I'm curious because we still have grouper implementation on our near-future roadmap, but I like a lot of the features that Varonis claims. I'd hate to duplicate effort if I can achieve the same with a single tool. I'm also concerned about what happens if we buy Varonis and then have to make Grouper work with it. Thoughts?

Things about Varonis that I like:

Ability to click on a user or group and see all access rights granted.
Ability to see the effect of adding/removing groups before committing changes
Ability to audit trail of activity, and statistics on the same.
Web-based tool for end users to manage their own access rights
