In the Grouper UI, when I'm looking at a person, I can get all the 
groups for which the person has a given privilege, such as UPDATE. Is 
there a way I can get that same list of groups using web services calls? 
I was thinking getMembershipsLite would do that, but I always get back 
no matches. It's not clear to me whether getMembershipsLite requires 
that a group be specified.
