I would use the grouper_memberships_lw_v SQL view, you can filter out the
privileges, unless you need them...

The WS would likely get overwhelmed with a memory constraint for large
deployments, also, I think there are limits which are generally configured
(esp by default) to be fewer than the max...

Thanks,
Chris

Subject: [grouper-users] Get all memberships

Hi all,

In order to bootstrap the OpenLDAP, I would like to collect all the
memberships () from grouper. This is going to be a one-off task, or a
task in cron.

Which tool would you recommend? I was thinking about parsing the
xml-export, but I feel the are better alternatives. grouper-ws works
fine to provide memberships for small groups, but lags when a group has
a few thousands members (actually it's not grouper-ws to fail, but most
likely tomcat6).

Thank you for your time,

Francesco
