I usually just edit that file, or just version the web.xml, and edit that, might be a better way to do it though…

When I use the quick install I see this some out put regarding transforming web.core.xml. This final web.xml  does not contain any <secuirity-constraint> entry or <login-config>.

 

Yet when I build from source I get both of these which forces basic auth login after my CAS login.

 

Is this there a way to prevent this in the build.propeties or an ant target. Or should I just edit the web.core.xml and remove those entries?
