Just a comment that if you are having trouble with the macro
replacement, you might replace the macros with text.

So instead of

 containerId="${edu.internet2.middleware.psp.peopleBaseDn}"

do

 containerId="ou=people,o=utah.edu"

But that probably does not really help you understand how to provision
multiple directories.

It seems that a psp-example-ldap-and-ad project might be good to mock up.

Without looking at all of your psp-* configs, it is not clear to me
what to say to help.
