Yes, and optionally configure an action(s) for the attributeDef, and include 
an action in the assignment of the attribute name to the role.

Above and beyond this, you could have inheritance on the attributeNames, 
roles, or actions so that one implies the other.

yes,  assigning the DefName worked!.

So, my understanding is:

1. Create a Role

2. Create AttributeDef. (this is the permission with actions)

3. Create AttributeName  (for the AttributeDef created above)

4. Assign AttributeName to the Role.

This completes assigning the permission to the role?.
