But you don't use the UI, right?  Or do you?  I didn't think the UI worked 
with tomcat7...  The EL has changed in the new J2EE version...

We use just the grouper API (and gsh on occasion).  I've been running with 
java 7 and tomcat 7 for a month or so.  No problems.
