Yes, there is only lite, but you can:
1. Not specify the privilegeName (just the user/group or whatever). It will
return all and you can process. See the example on the link you have below
2. Note that getMemberships or hasMember or getGroups or whatever with a
privilege in the fieldname (e.g. optins), though it looks like you can only
pass in one at a time for those too...

The documentation at

shows only the "lite" request
WsRestGetGrouperPrivilegesLiteRequest
Is there a non-lite version also? I would like to query a
group with a signle WS call and find out if both opt-in and
opt-out are set.
