Can you send all the logs?  Not sure which class is missing, do you have a hook configured and is that class there?

Building grouper-ws with Maven, I’m getting this runtime error:

 

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class edu.internet2.middleware.grouper.hooks.beans.HooksContext

        edu.internet2.middleware.grouper.ws.GrouperServiceJ2ee.doFilter(GrouperServiceJ2ee.java:663)

 

The grouper.jar is present, so I’m wondering what this could mean…
