A maven thing. The version number which appears in the name of the
psp-distribution-for-grouper package is defined in a property,
<grouper.version />, in the psp-parent pom. This property defines the
version of grouper that the psp is built against, in this case, psp
trunk (2.1.2-snapshot) builds against grouper 2.1.1. I don't suggest
keeping this particular linkage moving forward, it was my way of
working around the different pace of development between the psp and
grouper. And, in general, any version of the psp (1.6+) should work
with any version of grouper 1.6+.
