You nailed it again, Chris.  Specified the driver in loader config and now it’s running.  Apparently v2.1.1 requires it while 2.0.0 didn’t.

Thanks,

Lawrence

Are you specifying the driver in the config?  Can you forward it to me (sanitized as you wish, no pass)?  Is it the Grouper DB or a different loader DB (which one)?

Thanks,

Chris

Here is another error when running the loader job – scrolling to the bottom:

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver

Looks like another SQL Driver issue.  We are using jtds, but Grouper is looking for MSSQLDriver.

I think I found it in sources.xml – missing init param, eh?

This one jumps out:

2012-08-07 13:57:31,665: [main] ERROR LdapSourceAdapter.getNeededProperty(522) -  - Property 'SubjectID_formatToLowerCase' is not defined!

Did I miss another properly file?

Thanks,

Larry

There should be more logs in the error logs, can you send?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Also getting this error when invoking loader job:

// Error: unable to evaluate command: Sourced file: inline evaluation of: ``loaderRunOneJob(group);'' : Error invoking compiled command: : Error in compiled command: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Problems with db: DB: user: someUser, url: jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://someHost

thanks,

Lawrence

You can ignore that message, this is fixed in the upcoming 2.1.2 release:

Thanks,

Chris

Seeing this message when running GSH in my v2.1.1 installation:

Grouper error: detected mismatch in hibernate.connection.driver_class (net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.Driver) and hibernate.dialect (org.hibernate.dialect.SQLServerDialect) in grouper.hibernate.properties

Using jtds-1.2.4

hibernate.dialect               = org.hibernate.dialect.SQLServerDialect

hibernate.cache.provider_class  = org.hibernate.cache.EhCacheProvider

hibernate.cache.use_query_cache  = true

hibernate.connection.driver_class = net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.Driver

How to fix this problem?

Thanks,

Lawrence Klug
