Is it true in principle that a full sql dump of a Grouper database could then
be loaded into an empty Grouper database on another instance and that would
essentially result in a clone of the original with all groups, roles,
privileges, etc intact?
I'm about to do this with the default installer-provided hsqldb, and just
want to know if I'm starting off on the right foot.
