I thought these were purged automatically... or not if there are no consumers?

Of course to need to be running the loader, but you shouldn't need
consumers...

Just a comment that if a deployer did not have any change log
consumers configured in the grouper loader and was interested in
reducing the size of the grouper database, they may wish to purge
grouper_change_log_entry and grouper_change_log_entry_temp
periodically.
