Atlassian doesn't support customizations (they keep reminding me of that when
I ask them questions). I guess that leaves the forums... I have asked a
couple of questions there that have been unanswered. Anyways, good
suggestion, I followed up one of my posts with a link to the wiki, so if
people search there they should find it...

Sounds cool. Have you let atlassian and atlassian users know in the
usual ways, try to get their feedback?
