OK. The directory structure under grouper/lib is new in 1.4 and,
apparently, hasn't been reflected everywhere in the documentation :)

Perhaps, at least for the quickstart, we might move the jdbc drivers
(oracle, mysql, postgres) to grouper/lib in order to skip the copying
drivers step. I think it's OK for all the drivers to be in the
classpath.
