Hello,

I'm writing a perl module (Grouper.pm) which provides for perl scripts a 
(simplified) interface to Grouper Web Services. The services 
getGrouperPrivileges & assignGrouperPrivilege seem not to be available 
in Grouper-WS 1.3.1.

I tried to install CVS/HEAD vesions (API/UI/WS) and 'ant' ran ok, but 
trying to load Grouper main page resulted the following error message:

My questions are: At this time, should I expect any luck in trying to 
run the HEAD version or is t better to wait the official 1.4 version? If 
there are changes, any pointers to causes of the above cited error 
messages are appreciated.
