Grouper release v1.3.0 RC1 is now available, and Ldappc v1.1.0 RC1 is 
also now available.

Grouper v1.3.0 is a significant new release which includes

* New and experimental Web Services interface
* Improved user interface
* New utility for removing memberships for unresolvable subjects
* Improvement to overall performance
