I'm not sure if this is too simple a solution, but it seems you're not
able to instantiate the grouper classes needed to create a grouper
session. Have you built the grouper.jar and grouper-lib.jar and placed
them in ldappc's lib directory? I'd think you'd get a class not found
exception in that case, but I haven't tried to replicate your problem.
Also, make sure you have the following files properly configured in your
ldappc conf directory:

ehcache.xml
grouper.hibernate.properties
grouper.properties
log4j.properties
sources.xml

These will be based on, but not necessarily exactly the same as the
corresponding grouper files.

I've looked at the error logs and it says pretty much the same thing. It
appears that a Grouper Session is not being initiated. Any insights on
what might be going wrong? Cheers.
