The 'self/admin' chooser form that appears in the top right
of most grouper windows does not have an action attribute.
Some browsers (e.g. Firefox and IE) will submit the form using
the current page as the action. This works.
Other browsers (e.g. Safari) use the page's BASE element as the
action. This seems to be the correct behavior according to
http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/links.html#edef-BASE
This does not work, as the BASE of all pages seems to be fixed
to
/grouper/index.html
Always specifying the form's action would solve this problem
now and in the future.
