No. Its design is driven mainly by the desire to expose the capabilities 
of the underlying API, coupled with the ability to present alternate 
representations of subsets of those underlying capabilities as 
determined by configuration. Some usability focus group testing, done at 
Bristol on an early form of the UI, was also formative.
