Grouper v0.9 is now available for download at 
<http://middleware.internet2.edu/dir/groups/grouper/>. There are three 
packages: an API tarball, a UI tarball, and a Quickstart package 
designed to get a demonstrable implementation up quickly.

This version of Grouper is largely an internal refactoring; however, 
there are some notable functional improvements since v0.6:

. New query API that enables sites to add their own custom queries
. Enhancements to the Access and Naming interfaces
. New "all" subject that can be assigned memberships and granted
  privileges that map to all subjects identifiable through the Subject
  API
. "Wheel" group whose members have root-like privileges within the API
. Enhanced UI support for searching
. Enhanced UI support for management of effective memberships and
  privileges
. Improved logging capabilities
