If you installed grouper 2.2.1 and there were patches included in the install, then it might not have edited the correct file that keeps track of which patches are installed. https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira/browse/GRP-1205 https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira/browse/GRP-1206 The new installer will not have this problem, and it will also fix the file for you. If you are patching, an option when you can pick install or revert is "fixIndexFile"
Or, if you are upgrading or reverting or status, it will see if you have fixed the index file since 2015/09/30, and if not, it will prompt you to fix it, if not, then it wont. Note, if grouper is 2.2.2+ it will not recommend it either. In short, you don’t have to do anything now, and the next time you do something, use a fresh grouperInstaller… Thanks, Chris |
