There were 3 api unit test errors (out of more than 2000 tests), I fixed those, and built again.  Ran the installer, worked fine.  Running the tests again.  Can do some upgrades on wed…  and finish the release checklist steps

All the jiras are done in non PSP and things are built, the candidate build is here for 2.2.1:

PSP will be there shortly.

 

If you have time to do any testing it would be appreciated.  Note, you can get the installer from there and try to upgrade a previous version of grouper if you like.
