The latest psp 2.1.1 snapshot includes the caching of identifiers
during bulk requests which should improve performance, especially when
provisioning a large number of memberships. Of course, memory usage
will increase, but I do not think it is enough to warrant concern or
the ability to toggle identifier caching on or off. Let me know if
anyone finds otherwise.
