Here's a screenshot of the shib error I saw after initially trying to self-register. So the steps are:

* Go to https://grouperdemo.internet2.edu and click on the self-register link

* Select Protect Network

* Sign in with a new Protect Network account not yet registered on the demo site

* After signing in through Protect Network and submitting, I get the shib error

If I return to https://grouperdemo.internet2.edu and hit the self-register link again, I get through fine and I'm at the screen where I can then register my Grouper account.
