There appears to be static or dynamic help, e.g. on the demo, click “How to search databases” (static) and mouseover the numbers, then click “How to generate report” (dynamic)

 

Anyone know of or have experience with a better web-help/documentation framework?

 

Note, some things might not be conducive to this, e.g. if all actions are not on the same page, or if the user is not on the correct page.  Maybe some youtubes linked from the UI would help too… hmmm
