Thanks for catching this.  I put a step on the release steps so this wont 
happen again (outdated readmes).  Though I think we can do better than a 
generic URL which you can find by typing Internet2 Grouper into google...  I 
put some more info in them, hopefully it will be helpful.  I put the new tars 
on the server.

TomZ, we need the ldappc builds, let me know when you have one and I can copy 
it over if you don't have access to webprod0.

The various Grouper distribution components have an incongruous mix
of READMEs in their top directories.  Most appear not to have been
edited for many releases.  The README.txt in grouper.api-2.0.0 is
identical to that of version 1.5.  The README.txt in
grouper.apiBinary-2.0.0 is from version 1.4.  The README.txt in
grouper.ui-2.0.0 explains how to set up some version of something
in Eclipse.

These can be disconcerting to installers.  They wonder if they really
have the right version of the software.

It might be better to replace them with a simple README.txt is
each distribution that says, e.g.

   ----------------------------------------------------------------

   This is the binary API for Internet2's Grouper product.
   Version 2.0.0

   For more information see the Grouper Project wiki:
   https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/Grouper/Grouper+Wiki+Home

In addition, a LICENSE.txt file is present only in the API 
components.  It might want to be in all of them.
