You can sort the results by title, phone, or email address. There is a bug preventing sorting by the department column. If you want to test this using your own school's LDAP directory you can use this page <http://eds.nd.edu/search/ldap_search.shtml> as long as your directory can be searched from outside your IP space without requiring SSL and populates the standard LDAP attributes.
