This is done, it will insert/update/delete types, attributes, and composites in the group detail part of a non-Lite group save web service.

Note, I added two more fields to the wsGroupDetail object, adjust your clients appropriately:

- compositeType (should be UNION, COMPLEMENT, INTERSECTION, or blank for non-composite)
- params

I know folks at Duke would like to see the ability to view and add privileges via web services.  I think that's (12).  We've also had use cases for (2).

   7. add logging filter (to log requests and responses)

  12. add back in privileges service

  13. add back in memberships service

  15. filter getMember by privileges (find member?)

  19. add ip source filtering to grouper
