The Welcome Reception on Monday evening, November 1, 6:00-7:30 PM, is a great way to share interests, launch informal collaborations, or renew existing ones. InfoTable - Stop by the InfoTable, located near Registration, to pick up copies of the latest infosheets. The complete library of Internet2 publications is available for download at internet2.edu/info. Poster Sessions - Be sure to spend some time at the Member Meeting Poster Sessions, where you will have the opportunity to talk with technical experts about their projects. Presenters and organizational representatives will be available to discuss their posters. Please refer to the online meeting program for Poster Session times. Complete Evaluations - and Win Prizes! Help us shape future meetings by completing the online session evaluations as well as the overall meeting evaluation, which will be linked from the Member Meeting website. Attendees who complete the meeting evaluation will be eligible to win a prize. Your feedback is important to us! Questions? Following the open council sessions, governance leaders will convene an open meeting from 3:15 - 4:00 PM to provide an update of activities to all council members and meeting attendees.
