Here is the filter:

set firewall family ethernet-switching filter pvst-filter term
discard-pvst-bpdu from destination-mac-address 01:00:0c:cc:cc:cd/48
set firewall family ethernet-switching filter pvst-filter term
discard-pvst-bpdu then discard
set firewall family ethernet-switching filter pvst-filter term
discard-pvst-bpdu then count BPDU_FILTER
set firewall family ethernet-switching filter pvst-filter term allow
then accept

Applied both ways on the interfaces facing customers:

set interfaces xe-0/0/4 unit 0 family ethernet-switching filter input
pvst-filter
set interfaces xe-0/0/4 unit 0 family ethernet-switching filter output
pvst-filter
