I found that it seems I am unable to create any circuits from our dynes node.

For example in the last circuit I tried (net.wisc.edu-115 which is
wisc->mren->umich) I see "Create reservation timed-out while waiting for 
event RESERVATION_CREATE_CONFIRMED" from the oscars webui.  I think it
is MREN that timed out?

Circuit 114 is at least in INSETUP, but it's been stuck there for 
approx 98 minutes.  I am not optimistic that it will ever work.

So... does anybody know what is going on?   I feel like we need a 
http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ for dynes.  Less jokingly a
service matrix of known working endpoints, or something like a beacon?
