(Apologies if anyone receives this notification more than once; this is going 
to DYNES participants, and any email address associated with an I2 IDC 
account that has made a reservation in the last 6 months.)

Internet2 NOC engineers will be migrating the I2 IDC from OSCARS 0.5.x to 
0.6, as well as moving to new server hardware. The maintenance is scheduled 
for 9am-11am EDT Wednesday March 27th. The I2 IDC will be unavailable during 
this period, including the IDC web service, and the OSCARS and ION web UI's. 
Reservations that are scheduled to undergo a state change during that period 
may not be set up or torn down. Active or pending reservations not due to 
undergo a state change should not be affected. Interdomain circuits may be 
disrupted if they are scheduled to undergo a state change after the 0.5 -> 
0.6 migration, but before the IDC peerings have been re-established. 

Note that the the reservation and authorization databases will be migrated 
from the old to the new IDC instance.

The 0.5.x IDC will be decommissioned at the end of the maintenance window.

We will be attempting to re-establish IDC peering relationships, but the 
transition will require peer IDCs to change their service definitions for the 
I2 IDC. See below for more information. Please note that the new service 
URL's will not be active until after the maintenance window.

If your IDC is OSCARS 0.6, the new service URL will be:
