Sorry for the delay.  Thanks to Mark McCahill for providing his fine 
notes.  The presentations (thanks Dave and Patrik) are linked from the 
notes.  Please let me know if corrections are needed, or you can edit the 
doc yourself (it's a wiki!).

I also took the opportunity to recast the material on the DDX wiki for a 
more general audience since it is getting some interest.

I will send out some followup questions on issues raised at the event.

Thanks again to everyone who attended for contributing.  I had fun, and I 
expect the fun to continue as we move forward into actual flowing bits.
