Hi Greg,

I just tested develop and this API call works for me, so I'm guessing it's something other than a bug. (That said, I believe 4.1.2 is due out soon, so one option would be to retest with that.)

Occasionally I've had filesystem caching problems when updating the code, this could be a manifestation of a similar problem. On Debian (and so probably Ubuntu) you can force clearing of filesystem caches via

# echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches

If you're still seeing problems with the latest codebase and clearing caches doesn't help we can try to figure out what to look at next.

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade COmanage Registry from 4.0.2 to 4.1.1 in preparation of
migrating from our outdated LAMP infrastructure to newer VMs.
The current VM is running Ubuntu 18.04, Apache 2.4.29, MySQL 5.6.16, PHP
7.2.24.
I had similar issues with a newer VM running Ubuntu 22.04, Apache 2.4.52,
MySQL 5.6.16, PHP 8.1.

I am getting this error when trying to run an API call as well as loading the
registry home page.

How can I troubleshoot further?
