Internet2 and the COmanage Project are pleased to announce the release 
of COmanage Registry version 4.0.0. This release is a feature release, 
the first feature release since August 2020. This release introduces 
several new capabilities, including

- API Source Poll Mode for Apache Kafka
- File Source CSV v2 Format
- Core API for CO People
- User Interface Improvements

We do not expect to further evolve the 3.x or earlier series, and as 
such we recommend all deployments upgrade to this release.
