That moderately unhelpful error message is likely coming before the
pipeline executes. ie: If you disconnect the pipeline, I suspect you'll
still get it.

There's probably something with the data retrieved from the LDAP record
that isn't quite right, or is insufficient to construct a basic Org
Identity. If you can send me (off list) the "Source Record" from the
retrieve view (ie: the page where you click "Add New Org Identity From
Source") I might be able to provide more insight.
