If your goal is to capture the ePPN from $REMOTE_USER and populate it into the Org Identity, that happens by default. You do not need to configure an Enrollment Attribute for that.

If you're doing something else, then you could try hiding the attribute. I don't think we've tested that particular scenario, though.

Most of our flows require authenticated users, so eppn is also available and
prepopulated when the form is rendered, and it cannot be modified. Don't see
why we would want it presented to the user. It would be nice to hide it to
reduced confusion.
