Yes. As soon as I save the LDAP Provisioner configuration I get the error.
Version is comanage-registry-1.0.5

FWIW .. here is my ldap config pre submit

Server URL: ldap://localhost.localhost:389
BindDN: cn=Directory Manager
BindPW: <my pass>
People DN Identifier type: UID
People DN Attribute name: uid
