The 1-character patch is now available on the hotfix branch.

 https://github.com/Internet2/comanage-registry/tree/hotfix-1.0.x

We'll fold this into a 1.0.2 release at some point. Note the bug only
affects manual provisioning, and only v1.0.1. No other versions are
affected.
