We are pleased to informally announce the second Release Candidate for
COmanage Registry v1.0.0. As this is not the official 1.0.0 release, the
link you'll need is

 https://github.com/Internet2/comanage-registry/tree/1.0.0-rc.2

Since the first release candidate, we've fixed one bug related to
installation as well as two other less critical bugs.

We'd appreciate any assistance in testing this, and absent any critical
bugs this will likely become the 1.0.0 release.

We do not recommend upgrading production instances to 1.0.0-rc.2, please
wait for the 1.0.0 final release. Keep in mind that instances running
0.9.3 or earlier must be upgraded to 0.9.4 before they can be upgraded
to 1.0.0.
