COmanage Developers List

Hi all,

I've added Ioannis Igoumenos and Nikos Mastoris (both from GRNET) to 
this list. We don't currently have a formal standard for joining the dev 
list, but "shows up at least occasionally to the dev calls" seems like a 
good start.

The current other subscribers to the list are (all from SCG)

 Tom Zeller

I imagine after next month's Ann Arbor meeting we'll probably add a 
couple more people.
