To nitpick, Concrete is a CMS (I vaguely remember looking at it at one point), so these are not part of the Doctrine project. I'm not sure there's value in adopting a third party XML schema, given that
(1) We don't use XML anywhere else in v5
(2) Translating into Doctrine's internal format is really easy
Registry v5 is going to change so much of the existing schema that I don't think there's much need to translate from the existing axmls files.
Thanks,

doesn't actually have a schema format (ie: no equivalent of axmls) but
Actually, there is a project which provides an XML schema
representation for Doctrine :
https://github.com/concrete5/doctrine-xml
And an online AXMLS to Doctrine schema converter :
http://concrete5.github.io/doctrine-xml/
But the online converter does not handle constraints, so that's some
manual work.
