As you already saw, I tagged 2.0.3. This concludes development on the
2.0.x series, so no further work should be done on hotfix-2.0.x.

I've merged hotfix-3.0.x into develop (and also pulled in the handful of
fixes in hotfix-2.0.x). As we won't be releasing 3.0.1, no further work
should be done on hotfix-3.0.x. I've moved resolved JIRA issues to 3.1.0
and unresolved issues to 3.1.1.

I've created a 3.1.0-rc1 tag from develop. We should do some testing
with this tag, and then I'll announce the RC next week. In the mean
time, do not commit anything other than bugfixes to develop. There is no
hotfix-3.1.x branch yet, that will get created after the final 3.1.0
release. For now bugfixes go against develop. Most unresolved JIRA
issues have been moved forward to 3.1.1 or 3.2.0.

Finally, I've created a new feature-3.2 branch. New development can
happen on this branch until 3.1.0 final is released, at which point
we'll merge feature-3.2 into develop. This is similar to what we did
with feature-3.1.
