Following our highly controversial discussion of this topic on the last
dev call, I went back to the wiki and noticed that we previously said we
were roughly following git-flow.

So I updated the page to document "hotfix release" branches, which
branch from master and (roughly) follow git-flow's naming convention of
release/#.#.# (so we'll use hotfix-1.0.x).
